On Feb 25, 2020, Anders Hofman (DK) completed the first-ever, long distance triathlon in Antarctica, the Iceman, to show that limitations are perceptions of what we can achieve. The challenge involved swimming, running and biking – in one of the most unwelcoming climates in the world.

His amazing adventure was captured on camera and the much awaited TV-documentary is set to premiere world wide in the end of September. In this exclusive PreFlight Takeoff Session Anders will share behind the scenes stories of the making of the documentary – and of course share a few clips from the new documentary.
