Frist workshop

In this workshop, we dive into the interplay between banks and start-ups. How can the bank support the company's journey and support the needs that arise along the way. We also take a closer look at the legal aspects such as company construction and potential pitfalls in the legal field.

Strategy

Second workshop

In this workshop, we focus on your company's strategy and basis of existence. We map out what a growth journey can look like, how to finance that journey. There will also be a focus on branding and especially the core narrative. We review how to present your business in the best possible way.

Go-to-market og business model

Third workshop

In the third workshop, we talk about business models, where we look at, among other things, the Business Model Canvas and how you build your own company's Vice President. Through this workshop, we will also get through international potentials and what obstacles may be in the way. In addition, there are practical tips on how to get help for the international journey.

Sales, internationalization and fundraising

Fourth workshop

In this workshop, the participants will be prepared for their international journey. They will receive concrete tools that can support an international growth strategy and highlight which international markets there are most interesting to enter. Furthermore, there will be worked on how to raise capital, and all startups will receive a capital report.

Pitch training 1

Fifth workshop

In this workshop, we will work on the visual aspect of pitching. We will talk about shapes, colors, tables, and images. To make a big impact in your pitch, it needs to be visually supported. You will also get access to an SEO tool that can uncover demand in a given market through searches on google. This will be used to support credibility and value in a pitch.

Sixth workshop

Learn to pitch your startup for investors. Attracting the right investors is vital for the future of your startup. We help you master the discipline of pitching for investors, and we give you the platform to pitch your ideas and vision for possible invesors at a pitch event with key stakeholders.
